Lisa McAlister - Assistant Coach U12/U11 Girls

Coaching Experience: This is my first year coaching with the Dragons but I have coached numerous skills clinicis and have coached several years with Worthington Youth Boosters teams and OCL teams.

Playing Experience: I played club soccer throughout my childhood, finishing with the COSA Express. I played four years of varsity soccer at Westerville South High School where I was captain when we won the Division I Station Championship in 1995. I went on to play four years of varsity soccer at Elon University in North Carolina which as an NCAA Division I school.

Licenses/Education: National F license and a Youth Module II (YM207191406)

Personal Bio:  I live in Worthington with my husband and two children. I am the deputy general counsel for American Municipal Power. My love of the game and desire to stay involved brought me back to coaching. I believes it is important for girls to have positive women role models as coaches.
